Female Barista Trainer - Part Time

We are looking for a "**Passionate Part time experienced Female Barista Trainer"** to join our team and help develop the skills of our baristas. Responsibilities * Train baristas in coffee preparation, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art. * Provide hands\-on training and coaching to new and existing staff. * Ensure consistency in coffee quality, recipes, and presentation. * Teach proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee equipment. * Monitor barista performance and provide constructive feedback. * Help maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and professionalism. * Develop training materials and practical training sessions when needed. Requirements * Previous experience as a **Barista Trainer, Head Barista, or Senior Barista**. * Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso techniques. * Excellent communication and teaching skills. * Passion for coffee and staff development. * Professional, friendly, and confident personality. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * **Female candidate preferred.** Join us and help shape the next generation of great baristas!
