Job Title: Female Receptionist Location: Dr. Khoulood Al Mahmoud Dermatology Specialized Center Job Type: Full\-time ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized female receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dermatology center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and professional environment for patients while efficiently managing front\-desk operations. Prior experience in a medical or dermatology setting is highly preferred. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome patients with a professional and courteous demeanor. * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner. * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic software. * Handle patient check\-in and check\-out processes. * Coordinate with dermatologists and nurses to ensure smooth clinic flow. * Assist in maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy. * Provide information about services, procedures, and general inquiries. ⸻ Qualifications \& Skills: * Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or dermatology setting. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Professional appearance and customer\-focused attitude. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure. * Familiarity with medical software systems and appointment scheduling. * High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
