Fatayer Maker

Responsible for preparing, assembling, and baking a variety of traditional and specialty fatayer to the highest quality standards. This role involves dough preparation, filling creation, shaping, baking, and presentation, while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * 1–3 years of experience in a Pizza \& Fatayer Maker * Strong knowledge of different types of dough and their uses. * Prepare dough mixing according to standard * Good experience about all kind of flour Shape and assemble fatayer with precision and consistency. * Bake products to the correct texture, taste, and appearance. * Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure proper storage. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment. * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. * Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages and checking stock. * Work efficiently during peak hours to meet demand. * Attention to detail in presentation and quality. * Work quickly and efficiently during peak service hours. * Candidates only from Kuwait Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Are you a resident in Kuwait?
