المسمى الوظيفي: طباخ برغر – Burger Cook **الهدف من الوظيفة:** تحضير وطهي البرغر والوجبات الجانبية وفق وصفات ومعايير المطعم، مع المحافظة على جودة الطعام، سرعة تجهيز الطلبات، النظافة وسلامة الأغذية. **المهام والمسؤوليات:** * تحضير وطهي أنواع البرغر حسب وصفات ومعايير المطعم. * تجهيز اللحوم والدجاج والمكونات اللازمة قبل بدء التشغيل. * شوي قطع البرغر والتحكم بدرجة الاستواء والجودة. * تحضير وتجميع الساندويتشات وإضافة الصوصات والخضروات والمكونات بالكميات المحددة. * تحضير البطاطس والمقبلات والوجبات الجانبية. * الالتزام بحجم الحصص والوصفات لضمان ثبات الطعم والجودة. * تجهيز الطلبات بسرعة ودقة، خصوصًا خلال أوقات الذروة. * التأكد من جودة وصلاحية المواد الغذائية قبل الاستخدام. * تطبيق معايير النظافة الشخصية وسلامة الغذاء والتخزين الصحيح. * تنظيف وتعقيم الشواية، القلاية، أسطح التحضير وأدوات المطبخ. * متابعة المخزون اليومي وإبلاغ المسؤول عند وجود نقص في المواد. * تقليل الهدر والمحافظة على الاستخدام الصحيح للمواد الخام. * استلام المواد الغذائية والتأكد من جودتها عند الحاجة. * الالتزام بتعليمات الإدارة وسياسات وإجراءات المطعم. **المؤهلات المطلوبة:** * خبرة سابقة في مطاعم البرغر أو الوجبات السريعة **يفضل سنة إلى سنتين على الأقل**. * خبرة في استخدام الشواية والقلاية ومعدات المطابخ. * معرفة جيدة بأساسيات سلامة ونظافة الغذاء. * القدرة على العمل بسرعة وتحت الضغط. * القدرة على الالتزام بالوصفات والكميات المحددة. * الاهتمام بالنظافة والترتيب والتفاصيل. * القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق. * المرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات. **يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في:** Smash Burger، تجهيز الصوصات، تحضير اللحوم، إدارة محطة الشواية، القلايات، وتنظيم الطلبات خلال أوقات الذروة. Job Title: Burger Cook / Burger Chef **Job Purpose:** The Burger Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high\-quality burgers and side dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards, while maintaining food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook different types of burgers according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. * Prepare beef, chicken, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients before service. * Grill burger patties and ensure proper cooking temperature, quality, and consistency. * Assemble burgers with the correct ingredients, sauces, toppings, and portion sizes. * Prepare French fries, appetizers, and other side dishes. * Follow standardized recipes and portion\-control guidelines to maintain consistent taste and quality. * Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, especially during peak hours. * Check the quality, freshness, and expiry dates of ingredients before use. * Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety, and proper food storage. * Clean and sanitize grills, fryers, preparation areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Monitor daily stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor. * Minimize food waste and ensure proper use of ingredients. * Assist with receiving and checking food supplies when required. * Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and management instructions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Burger Cook, Grill Cook, or similar role in a burger or fast\-food restaurant is preferred. * Experience using grills, fryers, and commercial kitchen equipment. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. * Good understanding of portion control and recipe consistency. * Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and detail. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. **Preferred Experience:** Experience in **Smash Burgers, meat preparation, sauce preparation, grill station operations, fryers, and handling high\-volume orders** is highly preferred. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٣٢٨٫١٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
