Factory Manager

NAQA Al Beeah Factory for Chemical Industries — Yanbu Industrial City. We produce AUS32 urea solution (DEF grade) and high\-purity distilled water from an ISO 22241\-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facility. We are looking for a Factory Manager to take full ownership of the plant: operations, production, quality, marketing, sales, supply chain and government relations. Key responsibilities: Manage daily production operations for the urea solution and distilled water lines, improving efficiency and reducing waste and downtime. Ensure product and process conformity with ISO 22241, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and oversee the laboratory, batch results and certificates of analysis. Plan production against demand and manage raw material inventory, filling and packaging. Lead marketing and sales activity: build the customer and distributor base, pricing, negotiation, contracts and collections. Manage preventive maintenance, industrial safety and compliance with Royal Commission and Civil Defence requirements. Track licences and certificates (SASO, SABER, environmental permits) and renew them on time. Build and manage the team, handle recruitment and monitor Saudization ratios. Report regularly to senior management on production, cost, sales, quality and risk. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 7 years in manufacturing management, including 3 years in a leadership role. Hands\-on experience with ISO 9001 quality systems; familiarity with ISO 22241 or chemical manufacturing preferred. Proven ability to combine operations with marketing and sales. Fluency in Arabic and English. Valid driving licence, and residence in Yanbu or willingness to relocate. Preferred: Experience running a plant inside an industrial city in Saudi Arabia.
