Facility Manager

**We're Hiring \| Facilities Manager** **Location: Kingdom of Bahrain** Impact Estate W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and hands\-on experience managing residential and mixed\-use properties, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Oversee the day\-to\-day operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, and mixed\-use properties. \- Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. \- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs. \- Coordinate and supervise service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams. \- Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational reports. \- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. \- Respond promptly to facility\-related issues and implement effective solutions. \- Manage vendor contracts, quotations, and procurement related to facilities services. \- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. \- Reports drafting. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management. \- Mandatory experience with Homeowners Association (HOA) / Owners Association (OA) management, including common area maintenance, community operations, service charge budgets, contractor coordination, and resident communication. \- Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, and facility operations. \- Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. \- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. \- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Apply through indeed only.** Work Location: In person
