* **Site Supervision** * **Permanent Contract** * **Mid\-Senior Level** * **Riyadh** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Facade Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the design, engineering, and on\-site supervision of facade systems for commercial and residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facade installations meet design specifications, building codes, and quality standards while maintaining project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, decisive leadership, and meticulous attention to detail in managing complex facade projects from conception through completion. * Design and engineer facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing solutions that meet project requirements and Saudi Building Code standards * Supervise facade installation activities on\-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to identify and resolve construction issues promptly * Analyze structural and architectural requirements to develop innovative and cost\-effective facade solutions * Prepare and review technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and material schedules * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to coordinate facade work with other building systems * Manage facade\-related budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project delivery on schedule * Provide technical guidance and training to on\-site teams regarding facade installation procedures and safety protocols * Document project progress through reports, photographs, and performance metrics * Ensure all facade work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards * Communicate project updates and technical recommendations to project stakeholders and management **What do we need from you** * Minimum 10 years of professional experience in facade design, engineering, or architecture * Proven expertise in facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing installations * Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations (Saudi Building Code preferred) * Proficiency with CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools * Demonstrated experience in on\-site project supervision and quality control * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to make decisive technical decisions * Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration * Experience with high\-rise or complex facade projects * Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy\-efficient facade solutions * Knowledge of facade material specifications and supplier management * Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards * Experience working in the Middle Eastern construction industry is highly desirable
