Fabrication Supervisor

**Location:** Ibri, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Al Bany International Oman** is looking for an experienced **Fabrication Supervisor** to join our team in **Ibri, Oman**. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supervising structural steel and piping fabrication activities, managing workshop operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities in the workshop and at site. * Lead teams of fabricators, welders, fitters, and other fabrication personnel to achieve project targets. * Review fabrication drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure proper execution. * Plan, schedule, and monitor fabrication progress to meet project deadlines. * Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, fabrication procedures, and client specifications. * Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams to resolve technical and production issues. * Monitor material usage, equipment availability, and workforce productivity. * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and safe work practices. * Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to project management. **Requirements** * Minimum **10 years of proven experience** as a Fabrication Supervisor. * Strong experience in structural steel, piping, and industrial fabrication projects. * Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, engineering documents, and welding specifications. * Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills. * Good understanding of fabrication processes, welding procedures, quality control, and inspection requirements. * Proficient in coordinating workshop operations and maintaining production schedules. * GCC/Oman experience will be an added advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Company accommodation and transportation. * Medical insurance as per company policy. * Opportunity to work on major industrial and infrastructure projects. **Work Location:** Ibri, Sultanate of Oman **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may submit their updated CV, along with relevant experience details and supporting certificates.
