Candidates from various backgrounds and with different experience levels are welcome to register their interest in future full-time opportunities for the roles below: • Attendant, Food and Beverage • Waiter/Waitress • Head Waiter/Head Waitress • Captain/Supervisor • Outlet Assistant Manager Our F&B Service professionals focus on providing unique restaurant experience for varied clientele (VIPs, celebrities, regular guests, groups) and actively using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase outlet revenue. We are looking for candidates with various food and beverage service backgrounds casual and lifestyle dining, outdoor venues, fine dining/celebrity chef venues, in room dining, banquets. Depending on the role you should ideally have 1 5 years experience in a reputable international hotel chain or restaurant group. Demonstrating passion and in depth knowledge of your preferred service style dynamics and ability to deliver excellent service standards to our guests is a must in our F&B Service team. To succeed in the role, you need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and build effective work relationship with service team, kitchen team and management.
