F&B Cost Controller

F\&B Cost Controller – Job Criteria * **Bachelor’s degree/Diploma** in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * **5\-7 years of experience** as an F\&B Cost Controller, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or catering operations. * Strong knowledge of **food and beverage costing, inventory control, and stock management**. * Experience in monitoring **food cost, beverage cost, wastage, portion control, and variances**. * Conduct **daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts** and reconcile physical stock with system records. * Monitor **purchases, receiving, transfers, issues, and consumption** of food and beverage items. * Review **supplier invoices, purchase orders, receiving reports, and stock movements** for accuracy. * Prepare **food cost reports, variance reports, and management reports**. * Analyze **actual vs. theoretical food cost** and identify discrepancies. * Monitor **recipe costing, menu costing, and selling price margins**. * Coordinate closely with **Kitchen, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance** teams. * Identify areas of **cost leakage, wastage, over\-portioning, and stock discrepancies** and recommend corrective actions. * Good knowledge of **Excel**; experience with **Odoo, ERP, or POS systems** is an advantage. * Strong **analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills**. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet reporting deadlines. * **Qatar/GCC F\&B experience preferred.** * Candidates who can **join immediately or with a short notice period** are preferred.
