Job Title: EYFS Homeroom Teacher (FS2/KG1 Teacher-Female Native English Speaker) Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: August 2026 Location: Al Ain, UAE Nationality Preference: UK, Ireland, South Africa, or other Western native English-speaking countries/Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) About the Role We are hiring a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Homeroom Teacher (FS2/KG1) for one of our esteemed international level well-established British Curriculum school in Al Ain, UAE . The ideal candidate is a female native English speaker with a strong background in Early Years education and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners in a stimulating and inclusive environment. The FS2 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and British Curriculum . The successful candidate will foster a positive classroom environment where children are encouraged to become confident, independent, and lifelong learners. Key Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. Deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS British curriculum . Monitor and document student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents and the school community. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning. Support children's academic, emotional, social, physical, and creative development. Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate learning records. Differentiate learning activities to meet individual developmental needs. Encourage curiosity, creativity, communication, and independent thinking. Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies. Participate in school events, meetings, parent consultations, and professional development activities. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, health, and safety policies. Requirements Education: Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education . OR Bachelor s degree in any field + PGCE/Teaching Diploma in Early Years Education. A Bachelor's degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject together with a PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification). Experience: Minimum 2 5 years teaching EYFS/Kindergarten (FS2/KG1).UAE experience is not mandatory. UK Curriculum teaching experience gained in other countries is accepted. Language: Native English speaker. Marital Status: Age 20-40 (Young people are preferred. The biggest age we accept is late 40s) Single or willing to relocate independently. UK NQTs are welcome to apply. UAE experience is not required. Preferred Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching licence. Female applicants only. Preferred age: Up to late 40s.
