Extruder Machine DIY Head Fitter - PLASTIC Pipes

Job Vacancy: Extruder Machine DIY Head Fitter \- PLASTIC PIPES Company: Bahrain Pipes Location: Bahrain Requirements \& Experience: \-Prior experience in Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing as an Extruder DIY, Tool Helper, or Head Changer is mandatory. \-Hands\-on experience in assisting with extrusion die/head changes, line setups, and general mechanical support. Key Responsibilities: Safely changing, aligning, and setting up extrusion DIY heads, calibrators, and downstream tooling. Prepare, clean, assemble, and disassemble extrusion heads, molds, and mechanical tooling prior to production runs. Handle heavy DIY head components and machinery tooling safely Maintain clean work areas, properly store tools and heads, and log tooling status and maintenance actions. Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, handling procedures, and operational guidelines. Qualifications \& Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plastic pipe extrusion machinery, DIY head components, and mechanical hand tools. Ability to handle heavy mechanical tooling and work efficiently in a high\-temperature factory environment. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a plastic pipe manufacturing plant. High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical Certificate in a related mechanical field.
