**About Us** House 2 Home Real Estate is a growing Bahrain\-based brokerage specializing in residential sales, off\-plan projects, and leasing across key areas including Juffair, Seef, Amwaj, Hidd, and Adliya. We work with GCC investors and residents looking for their next property — and we're looking for driven agents to grow with us. **The Role** We're hiring experienced real estate agents who want to earn what they're worth. This is a commission\-based role with a clear path to a fixed salary based on performance. You'll manage your own pipeline — from lead generation and client consultations through to viewings, negotiations, and closing. **What You'll Do** * Generate and convert leads through Property Finder, social media, networking, and direct outreach * Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and match them with the right properties * Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals on sales and rentals * Maintain and update listings on Property Finder and social media platforms * Create a minimum of two video content pieces per week (Instagram Reels / TikTok) to build your personal brand and the company's presence * Build long\-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals **What We Provide** * Property Finder (PF Expert) access — our primary listing and CRM platform * Professional business cards * Monthly mobile phone bill covered * Petrol allowance (activated after your first closed deal) * Marketing support and office base in Adliya * A lean, no\-politics team environment where your results speak for themselves **Commission \& Compensation** * Up to 50% commission on every deal — starting from your very first transaction * Fixed salary component introduced after your first month, subject to performance review * No cap on earnings **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Bahrain or the GCC * Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle — non\-negotiable * RERA registered or willing to register immediately * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Comfortable creating short\-form video content for social media * Self\-motivated, organized, and hungry to build a client base * Familiarity with Property Finder is preferred **This role is not for you if** you're looking for a comfortable base salary with no pressure.
