Experienced Trainner for health & Safety (Training Institute)

We are looking for a professional who has **strong practical training experience**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently conduct professional **Occupational Health \& Safety training programs** for corporate and individual clients. CANDIDATE PRIORITY **Candidates with previous experience working as a Trainer in a Training Institute will be given the HIGHEST PRIORITY.** Experience in the **UAE Safety Training, QHSE, Occupational Health \& Safety, Industrial Training, or Consultancy industry** will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities * Conduct professional **Health \& Safety training programs** for corporate and individual clients. * Deliver classroom, practical, and site\-based training as required. * Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, training materials, assessments, and practical demonstrations. * Conduct training according to approved course requirements and applicable UAE guidelines. * Evaluate participants through examinations, assessments, practical demonstrations, and feedback. * Maintain proper training records, attendance, assessments, and related documentation. * Coordinate with the Training and Operations Teams for course scheduling and client requirements. * Conduct training at client sites when required. * Maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and training participants. * Keep training content updated according to relevant **UAE requirements, international standards, and industry best practices**. * Support the organization in developing new training programs and improving existing courses. Required Qualifications \& Certifications Candidates should possess relevant and valid professional qualifications/certifications, including where applicable: * **NEBOSH** – Essential / Highly Preferred * **IOSH** * **OSHA** * **First Aid** * **Fire Fighting / Fire Safety** * Additional recognized **Health \& Safety / QHSE Trainer certifications** will be an advantage. * Relevant professional qualifications required for the training programs being delivered. * Knowledge of applicable **UAE Health \& Safety requirements and industry practices**. Candidates must have appropriate and valid qualifications/certifications to deliver the relevant training programs in accordance with applicable UAE requirements and the organization's approval requirements.Experience Requirements * **Strong previous experience as a Health \& Safety Trainer is mandatory.** * **Training Institute experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED.** * Experience in a **UAE\-based Safety Training / QHSE / HSE Training Institute** will be a major advantage. * Practical experience in **Occupational Health \& Safety, QHSE, Construction, Industrial, Oil \& Gas, Facilities Management, or related industries** will be highly valued. * Candidates who have experience delivering multiple safety courses will be preferred. * Experience conducting training for **corporate clients and groups** is an advantage. * Strong presentation, communication, classroom management, and assessment skills are required. UAE Driving Licence **Valid UAE Driving Licence is HIGHLY PREFERRED / REQUIRED for this position**, as the role may involve conducting training at different client locations across the UAE. Candidates who are comfortable travelling to client sites will be given preference.
