experienced Referral Lab quality Manager

Key Responsibilities \* Develop, implement, and maintain the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS). \* Ensure compliance with ISO 15189, CAP, JCI, DHA, MOH, and other regulatory requirements. \* Monitor and improve all pre\-analytical, analytical, and post\-analytical processes. \* Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and accreditation inspections. \* Investigate non\-conformities, customer complaints, and quality incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). \* Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and turnaround time (TAT). \* Ensure proper document control, including SOPs, policies, forms, and quality records. \* Review and update quality manuals and laboratory procedures regularly. \* Coordinate Internal Quality Control (IQC), External Quality Assessment (EQA), and proficiency testing programs. \* Conduct risk assessments and implement quality improvement initiatives. \* Train, mentor, and assess staff competency on quality standards and laboratory procedures. \* Ensure equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and validation activities are completed as scheduled. \* Review method validation and verification studies before implementation. \* Monitor client feedback and ensure timely resolution of quality\-related concerns. \* Coordinate management review meetings and prepare quality performance reports. \* Work closely with laboratory management to achieve accreditation and continuous quality improvement. \* Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the laboratory. Qualifications \* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. \* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Officer in a referral or accredited diagnostic laboratory. \* Strong knowledge of ISO 15189, CAP, JCI, DHA, MOH, and laboratory quality standards. \* Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and leadership skills. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
