We bring together creativity, data, technology, and strategy to help clients build relevant experiences at speed and scale. **The Work** As an Experience Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead customer\-centric transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, brand experience, and business performance. * Defining customer experience transformation strategies * Leading end\-to\-end customer journey redesign initiatives * Driving digital marketing and personalization programs * Facilitating customer insight and service design workshops * Managing complex client engagements and delivery teams * Identifying opportunities for business growth and innovation * Collaborating with strategy, technology, and data teams * Leading executive\-level stakeholder discussions **Here's What You Need** * Bachelor's degree * 10\+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing transformation, consulting, or digital strategy * Experience leading customer journey and experience transformation projects * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams **Bonus Points If You Have** * Experience with CRM, Adobe, Salesforce, or marketing technology platforms * Design Thinking certification * Experience within consulting organizations
