Executive – Supply Chain (Home Furnishing)

Join a renowned **Home Furnishing Retail** organization and play a key role in driving warehouse excellence and operational efficiency. **Location:** Dubai As an **Executive – Supply Chain (Home Furnishing)** you will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end warehouse operations, improving productivity, optimizing processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage inbound, put\-away, picking, outbound, workshop, returns, and replacements. * Drive warehouse productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure operational SLA compliance through coordination with Retail and Delivery teams. * Optimize manpower planning and warehouse resource utilization. * Support warehouse automation and technology initiatives. * Lead process improvement projects and identify operational bottlenecks. * Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners. * Conduct operational, quality, health, safety, and compliance audits. **What We're Looking For:** * Graduate (MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics is an advantage). * 4–6 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in retail or furniture distribution. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Python, or SAS is an added advantage.
