Executive Secretary

**Executive Secretary** **Location: Kuwait** We are looking for a professional and highly organized **Executive Secretary** to provide direct support to the COO and ensure effective follow\-up and coordination of management priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence, and confidential matters with discretion and proper prioritization. * Prepare professional letters, presentations, management reports, and meeting minutes. * Convert management instructions and decisions into clear actions, responsible persons, and deadlines, and follow up until completion. * Coordinate with department heads and project teams to obtain updates, identify delays, and escalate pending matters with proposed corrective actions. * Review submissions and approval requests for completeness and coordinate missing information. * Provide concise updates and briefings on priorities, pending actions, and decisions required. * Coordinate across departments to ensure effective follow\-up and timely completion of critical matters. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience**, including direct support to senior executives and operational follow\-up. * Strong personality, professional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. * Excellent **English business writing** and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially **Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint**. * Construction, engineering, or contracting experience is strongly preferred. * **Arabic/English bilingual** capability is an advantage. * Valid **Kuwait driving licence** is an advantage. * **Male and female candidates are welcome.** **Position:** Executive Secretary **Location:** Kuwait Work Location: In person
