Executive Director **Company:** Second Chance Foundation **Location:** Salem Al Mubarak Street, Salmiya, Hawalli, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 2,100 per month** Job Summary Second Chance Foundation is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and mission\-driven **Executive Director** to lead the organization's overall operations, programs, and long\-term growth. Based in Salmiya, Hawalli, the Executive Director will provide visionary leadership, oversee organizational strategy, manage financial and operational performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of programs that advance the Foundation's mission. This role is ideal for an experienced nonprofit leader with exceptional management, fundraising, and organizational development skills. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership and oversee the Foundation's daily operations, programs, and long\-term initiatives. * Develop and implement organizational strategies that support the Foundation's mission, vision, and objectives. * Lead and manage department heads, program managers, and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation to ensure organizational sustainability. * Build and strengthen relationships with donors, government agencies, corporate partners, community organizations, and other key stakeholders. * Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and strategic partnerships. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, governance standards, and organizational policies. * Oversee program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to maximize community impact. * Represent the Foundation at public events, meetings, conferences, and media engagements. * Prepare reports and performance updates for the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders. * Promote innovation, operational excellence, and continuous organizational growth. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred. * Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, executive management, public service, or organizational leadership. * Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, grant management, and stakeholder engagement. * Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, compliance, and organizational development. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision\-making skills. * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage organizational change. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational management systems.
