Events Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive **Events Organizer / Events Coordinator** to plan and manage events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets high\-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and coordinate events, activations, and private functions. * Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations. * Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines. * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and venue partners. * Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown. * Ensure all event logistics are completed on schedule. * Manage event budgets and monitor expenses. * Work closely with the marketing team to promote events. * Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. * Resolve any issues that arise before or during an event. * Prepare post\-event reports and gather client feedback. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
