Event Specialist (Tamheer Program)

We are looking for a driven **Tamheer Trainee – Event Specialist** to join our Event Management team and develop hands\-on experience managing events end\-to\-end. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support and progressively manage small\-to\-medium events. * Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists. * Coordinate with business stakeholders and external suppliers. * Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and PO follow\-ups. * Support/lead on\-site event execution and resolve operational issues. * Complete post\-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure. **Ideal Candidate:** A proactive problem\-solver with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills who is eager to take ownership of events. **Requirements:** * Must meet Tamheer program requirements. * Resident in Jeddah. * Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism \& Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized university. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Not registered in GOSI during the last six months. **Location:** Jeddah, Saudi Arabi
