ESTIMATOR (Marble &b Granite)

**MARBLE \& GRANITE ESTIMATOR** **Location: Qatar** We are looking for an experienced **Marble \& Granite Estimator** with strong knowledge of **marble, granite, natural stone, and stone fabrication/installation** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate **cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs** for marble and granite projects. * Review architectural, shop, and tender drawings to determine quantities and material requirements. * Take\-off quantities for **marble, granite, quartz, and other stone materials**. * Calculate material, fabrication, installation, wastage, transportation, and other project costs. * Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. * Coordinate with the **Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, and Project teams**. * Review project specifications, finishes, thicknesses, edge profiles, and installation requirements. * Identify potential cost variations and ensure accurate pricing. * Prepare commercial offers and support the team during tendering and negotiations. * Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and project requirements. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field** is preferred. * **3–5\+ years of relevant experience** in marble, granite, natural stone, or fit\-out estimation. * **Qatar experience is mandatory/preferred.** * Strong knowledge of **marble and granite materials, fabrication, installation, and finishing**. * Experience with **quantity take\-off, BOQ preparation, costing, and tender estimation**. * Ability to read and interpret **architectural, structural, and shop drawings**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and MS Excel**. * Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills. * Good knowledge of local **Qatar market prices, suppliers, and subcontractors** is an advantage. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. * **Immediate availability** is an advantage.
