ESTIMATOR - KITCHEN CONTRACTOR

• Analyze project specifications, including blueprints, design plans, and material requirements. • Conduct thorough assessments of equipment needed for kitchen renovation projects. • Prepare accurate cost estimates. • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. • Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure accuracy. • Present estimates to the management, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing explanations as needed. • Work closely with project managers and suppliers to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering options. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing fluctuations. • Participate in meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as necessary. 1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (preferred). 2.Proven experience as an estimator in the kitchen contracting industry is a must (5 years at least). 3.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail. 4.Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. 5.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 6.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7.Knowledge of codes, regulations, and industry standards related to kitchen renovations. 8.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. 9.Professional certification is a plus. 10.Proficiency in AutoCAD.
