Estimator - Furniture & Joinery

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for furniture and joinery projects. • Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project requirements. • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material and labor cost estimates. • Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project teams to obtain required information. • Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. • Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, and cost proposals. • Maintain estimation records and update cost databases. • Ensure estimates are completed within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy. • 1–3 years of experience in furniture and joinery estimation. • Good understanding of furniture manufacturing and joinery materials. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimation tasks.
