Estimator

**Responsibilities:** * Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates. * Develop detailed proposals and presentations for clients, outlining project costs and timelines. * Coordinate sales activities, including managing leads, following up with clients, and facilitating communication between sales and project teams. * Maintain a database of past estimates and project costs for reference in future bids. * Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales. * Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to estimates. * Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends. * Attend client meetings and site visits to gather information and provide updates. **Requirements:** * 2–5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation within the Furniture and Joinery industry. * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, joinery materials, production processes, and installation methods. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant estimation software. * Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, quotations, tenders, and project proposals. * Good understanding of material costs, labor costs, and market pricing. * Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
