As an Estimation Engineer, you will support budgetary and tender proposals across FEED and bid stages. The role combines technical review, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and disciplined proposal preparation to help deliver accurate and competitive submissions.
**What Will You Do**
--------------------
* Prepare budgetary proposals for Consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and End Users during FEED.
* Review tender documents, identify gaps, and seek clarifications from customers or the department manager.
* Create, maintain, and organize tender files, quotations, and related documents.
* Attend site surveys and bid\-clarification meetings and maintain clear reports.
* Float RFQs to sub\-vendors and sub\-contractors in line with procurement policies.
* Follow up on vendor quotations and compare commercial and technical inputs.
* Estimate product, engineering, labor, and project management costs.
* Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Warranty teams on costs and terms.
* Prepare risk registers, estimation sheets, and proposals in line with company requirements and QA/QC procedures.
* Support techno\-commercial negotiations, review draft and final POs, and prepare handover files for operations.
**How Will You Do It**

* Own each opportunity with accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail from tender receipt to handover.
* Stay close to the technical scope and customer requirements so proposals remain compliant and commercially competitive.
* Keep RFQ packages, quotations, approvals, and risk records complete, clear, and traceable.
* Work proactively with internal teams and external vendors to remove blockers and close clarifications quickly.
* Use a continuous\-improvement mindset to challenge assumptions, refine estimates, and strengthen proposal quality.
* Collaborate as one team to support on\-time submissions and a smooth transition into execution.
**What We Look For**

* Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant discipline.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Fire \& Gas Systems.
* Experience and training in Fire \& Gas Systems proposal or estimation work.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Understanding of engineering design as per NFPA, local codes and practices, ADNOC requirements, and Oil \& Gas business requirements.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* A result\-oriented, self\-motivated, and customer\-focused approach.
