ESG and Climate Risk Consultant

**ESG Consultant / Sustainability Consultant – Roles \& Responsibilities** * Develop sustainability and ESG reports in accordance with international reporting frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, SASB, and CSRD requirements. * Collect, validate, and analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data from multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting. * Prepare climate\-related financial disclosures and support compliance with applicable regulatory and stakeholder reporting requirements. * Conduct climate risk and opportunity assessments, including physical and transition risk analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies. * Perform greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3\) and support carbon footprint assessments. * Identify ESG risks, material issues, and sustainability priorities through stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments. * Develop sustainability strategies, ESG roadmaps, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives and international best practices. * Monitor ESG performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management. * Support sustainability audits, assurance processes, and data verification to improve reporting quality and transparency. * Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and peers to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and climate resilience programs. * Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, climate disclosure requirements, and global sustainability standards to ensure ongoing compliance. Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * sustainability reporting, ESG management: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: * IFRS FSA Credential (Required) * GRI Certified Sustainability Professional (Required) * ISO 14064 Lead Practitioner (Required) Work Location: In person
