ERP Software Sales Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a results\-driven **ERP / Software Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling ERP and business software solutions to small and mid\-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs * Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP/software solutions * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals * Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Collaborate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding * Build long\-term relationships with clients for upselling and renewals Required Qualifications * 2\+ years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software sales * Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus * Prefer Arabic Speaking and Female Candidate Compensation \& Benefits * Competitive base salary \+ performance\-based incentives * Commission on closed deals Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
