Environmental Engineer - Villa Projects

Role & responsibilities to manage environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for large-scale villa construction projects in Qatar. The role involves ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, minimizing project impact on the environment, implementing environmental management systems, and supporting sustainable construction practices across project sites. Develop and implement environmental management plans for villa construction projects. Ensure compliance with local Qatar environmental regulations and international environmental standards. Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and risk evaluations. Monitor and control environmental aspects including air quality, noise, dust, waste management, and water usage. Establish waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability initiatives at project sites. Conduct site inspections and environmental audits to Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline. 10 to12 years of experience in environmental management within construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in villa projects, residential developments, or large-scale construction projects is preferred. GCC/Middle East experience, preferably in Qatar, is an added advantage. Strong understanding of environmental legislation, sustainability standards, and environmental monitoring techniques. Knowledge of environmental management systems
