Environmental Consultant **Company:** Servon Sur Vilaine ME **Location:** Zinj, Manama, Bahrain **Salary:** **BHD 10,200 per year** Job Summary Servon Sur Vilaine ME is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive **Environmental Consultant** to join our team in Zinj, Manama. The successful candidate will provide expert environmental advice, conduct environmental assessments, and support clients in meeting sustainability goals and regulatory compliance requirements. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, environmental expertise, and a commitment to promoting responsible environmental practices. Key Responsibilities * Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs), site inspections, and environmental audits. * Evaluate environmental risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with local environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards. * Prepare environmental reports, technical documentation, and regulatory submissions. * Develop and implement environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives. * Advise clients on waste management, pollution prevention, resource conservation, and environmental best practices. * Monitor environmental performance and recommend continuous improvement measures. * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities on environmental matters. * Deliver environmental training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders. * Stay current with environmental legislation, sustainability trends, and emerging technologies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Sustainability, or a related field. * Previous experience as an Environmental Consultant or in a similar environmental role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and sustainability practices. * Excellent analytical, research, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and environmental data analysis tools. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
