Position: Administrator Location: Seef Area Bahrain Rise and Shine Kindergarten is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with parents and children, and be able to support the daily operations of the kindergarten. Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and visitors. Manage admissions, registrations, and student records. Handle phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence. Support the management team with administrative duties. Coordinate with teachers and parents regarding school activities and events. Manage and update the kindergarten’s social media platforms, including creating content and responding to inquiries. Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth office operations. Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Good command of English (spoken and written). Friendly, professional, and well\-organized. Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media management. Non\-Bahraini applicants must have a valid Bahrain Residence Visa and a Quadrabay Certificate. Previous experience in administration, customer service, or school administration is preferred.
