Job description

• Design, develop, and implement innovative office infrastructure solutions that enhance productivity and user experience. • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all office IT systems, including networks, servers, and workstations. • Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable project plans. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management within an office environment. • Proven expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and server management (Windows Server, Linux). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
