**Job Description** * **Job Title** **Engineer II, Production Operations** * **Job Code** **17061108** * **Unit** **Production** * **Department** **Production** * **Section** **Production Operations** * **Subordinates** * **Reporting to** **Manager, Production** * **Job Purpose** To support daily production operations of asphalt plants, crushers, and related facilities according to production plans, ensuring proper use of equipment, meeting production targets, maintaining quality, and following HSE standards. * **Principal Accountabilities** **Production Operations Support \& Coordination** * Support execution of daily asphalt, crusher, and concrete plant operations as per approved plans and schedules. * Monitor plant performance, material consumption, and production data through routine checks to help maintain efficiency. * Coordinate production schedules with Production Manager and Mining Engineer to support smooth workflow and material availability. * Assist in coordinating maintenance activities during breakdowns and shutdowns to help reduce downtime. * Support product quality by following process parameters and coordinating with the quality team. * Prepare and submit daily and shift production reports using available production data. * Support plant operators and helpers during shift operations to maintain workflow. **Other Duties*** Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. * Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well\-being of all employees and company assets. * Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives. * **Key Relationships** **Internal** : Manager, Production/ Production Team/ Site Team/ HSE Team/ Logistics Team **External** : Equipment Suppliers / Regulatory Authorities/ Service providers **Required Academic Qualification** * **Qualification**Bachelor’s Degree * **Category** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related filed * **Other Requirements** * **Years of Experience** * 5\-6 Years of experience in asphalt plant, concrete or crusher production operations. * **Skills and Competencies** **Name** **Level** Communication Intermediate Technical Expertise Intermediate Safety Awareness Intermediate Planning \& Organizing Intermediate Time Management Intermediate Problem Solving Intermediate Organizational Awareness Intermediate
