Key Responsibilities * **Diagnosis:** Review medical histories, evaluate oral pain, and use advanced tools like digital X\-rays and CBCT scans to diagnose pulp damage or root infections. \[1, 2] * **Root Canal Therapy:** Perform standard and complex root canal treatments to remove infected tissue, clean root canals, and seal the tooth. \[1, 2] * **Endodontic Surgery:** Conduct specialized surgical procedures, such as apicoectomies, to resolve persistent infections around the root tip. \[1, 2] * **Trauma Management:** Treat cracked, displaced, or knocked\-out teeth to help save natural teeth. \[1, 2] * **Patient Care \& Collaboration:** Administer local anesthesia, prescribe medication, educate patients on oral hygiene, and coordinate with general dentists or prosthodontists. \[1, 2, 3] Job Requirements \& Qualifications * **Education:** Degree in dentistry (BDS, DDS, or DMD) plus an advanced master's degree or residency (MDS or equivalent) specializing in endodontics. * **Experience:** Typically 3 to 5 years of post\-specialization clinical experience. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with operating microscopes, rotary instruments, and 3D imaging technology. * **Licensing:** Valid local regulatory or health authority licensing (such as regional health authority standards) Work Location: In person
