Employee Engagement Manager

We are supporting a leading public sector organisation in the UAE in their search for an Employee Engagement Lead to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, organisational culture, and workforce engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR or organisational development professional to lead employee engagement programmes, workforce insight initiatives, and culture projects. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will help shape engagement strategies that support organisational performance and create a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organisation. • Manage employee engagement surveys, workforce insights, and executive reporting. • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement engagement action plans. • Facilitate workshops and support organisational change and culture programmes. • Monitor engagement KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement across the employee experience and engagement agenda. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading public sector organisation and play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness. • 6 10+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Organisational Development. • Proven experience leading employee engagement, culture, or employee experience initiatives. • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience using engagement platforms such as Qualtrics, Glint, Culture Amp, or similar. • Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills. • Previous experience within the public sector or a large, complex organisation is highly desirable.
