Job description

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Rostered shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. 20 to 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 working days. 5‑day work week designed to support work‑life balance. Your Impact Support patients in their recovery journeys through evidence‑based physiotherapy care. Improve mobility, function, and independence for patients across all age groups. Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient‑centred care. Contribute to the UAE’s healthcare vision by strengthening trust, engagement, and Emirati representation in clinical settings. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals. Deliver physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programmes. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes accurately. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, posture, home exercises, and long‑term wellbeing. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical guidelines, and safety standards. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and service development initiatives. Engage in continuous professional development and training. DHA Physiotherapist license or eligibility to be licensed in Dubai. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong communication and patient‑engagement skills. Evidence‑based clinical approach with attention to detail. Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports, or rehabilitation physiotherapy is an advantage but not mandatory.
