ELV Technician

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled **ELV Technician** to join our ELV Projects \& Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of various ELV systems mainly CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier at project and client locations. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain ELV systems. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems. * Troubleshoot technical issues and attend breakdown/service calls. * Perform cable pulling, termination, dressing, labeling, and testing. * Read and understand ELV drawings, schematics, and system layouts. * Assist Site Engineers and Project Engineers during installation and commissioning activities. * Ensure all installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Conduct system testing and prepare relevant testing/commissioning reports. * Coordinate with other technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. * Maintain proper tools, equipment, and materials required for site activities. * Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at all times. * Travel to different project/client locations as required. ELV Systems – Preferred Experience * CCTV * Access Control Systems * Intercom Systems * Structured Cabling / Data \& Network Systems * SMATV / MATV * Public Address / Audio\-Visual Systems * Video Intercom * Gate Barrier / Parking Management Systems * Time Attendance Systems * Other ELV and low\-current systems Requirements * Minimum **2–3 years of relevant ELV Technician experience**, preferably in the UAE. * Technical knowledge of ELV installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. * Ability to read ELV drawings and understand wiring diagrams. * Good knowledge of cable termination and testing tools. * **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.** * Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Salary \& Benefits * **Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month**, depending on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications. * Company visa and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and company policy. * Opportunity to work on various ELV projects and develop technical skills.
