ELV & ICT Project Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for ELV and ICT projects. • Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules. • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors. • Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, local authority requirements, and health & safety standards. • Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of: • CCTV Systems • Access Control Systems • Video/Audio Intercom Systems • Structured Cabling Systems (Copper & Fiber Optic) • SMATV Systems • Gate Barrier Systems • Network Infrastructure • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. • Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards. • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources. • Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. • Support project close-out activities, including as-built documentation and client handover. • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • SIRA Certification (Mandatory). • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising ELV and ICT projects in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling standards (TIA/EIA), fiber optic systems, and network infrastructure. • Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, Gate Barrier, and other ELV systems. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. • Good understanding of testing and commissioning procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities.
