Electronics Engineering Lead

**Role Overview** Zeitfracht Elektronik is seeking a hands\-on Electronics Engineering Lead to manage the hardware design, component evaluation, and production integration of our electronic products. In this role, you will lead a team of electronics engineers through schematic design, PCB layout, firmware validation, and compliance testing, taking products from initial concept through mass manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the hardware architecture design, schematic creation, and multi\-layer PCB layout for custom electronic modules and embedded systems. * Oversee component selection, bill of materials (BOM) optimization, and Signal/Power Integrity analysis to ensure product reliability and cost\-efficiency. * Direct hardware testing, thermal analysis, and EMC/EMI compliance certification across internal labs and external testing facilities. * Manage, mentor, and direct a team of hardware, firmware, and validation engineers on engineering deliverables and sprint goals. * Partner with supply chain, component vendors, and contract manufacturers to streamline prototyping and transfer products into full production. * Establish hardware design standards, design\-for\-testability (DFT) guidelines, and standard operating procedures across the engineering division. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering. * Minimum 6 years of hands\-on electronics design experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or supervisory role. * Strong proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence Allegro), high\-speed digital circuit design, and microcontroller architectures. * Deep understanding of EMC/CE certification standards, hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers), and embedded firmware testing. * Outstanding technical leadership, problem\-solving, and cross\-functional project management skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٦٬٩٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
