Electrical supervisor shift in charge

• Supervise all electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift. • Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. • Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. • Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels. • Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company standards. • Prepare shift reports and maintain maintenance records. • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Shift In-Charge in a steel manufacturing or steel rolling mill. • ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is acceptable. • Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, motors, transformers, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial automation . • Proven experience in leading maintenance teams during shift operations. • Age Limit: Up to 40 years . • Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred. (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Egyptian nationals are not being considered for this position.)
