Electrical Lead Executor (PTW)

**Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading \& General Services** is seeking an experienced **Electrical Lead Executor (PTW)** to join our team in Qatar. Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effectively managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and supervise electrical work and site activities. * Manage and coordinate Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and project procedures. * Supervise electrical teams and manage daily work activities. * Coordinate with project teams and other stakeholders. * Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within required deadlines. * Provide strong leadership and support to the site team. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of supervisory experience in the oil \& gas industry**. * Extensive experience in electrical projects, particularly **PTW systems**. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * **Only Freelancers will be considered.** * Must be **locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID)**. * Must be available to **join immediately**.
