Job description
We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to manage electrical infrastructure across premium hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities Oversee LV systems, lighting, power distribution, generators, UPS, and ELV interfaces. Manage maintenance contractors and service delivery performance. Conduct inspections, audits, and asset-condition assessments. Ensure compliance with Saudi electrical codes and FM standards. Support reliability, energy management, and lifecycle planning.
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years FM experience within the GCC. Experience on luxury hotels, palaces, or high-end residential projects. Knowledge of LV systems, standby power, and FM maintenance software. Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred. Must be available to start within 1 month.
