DEWA\-Approved Electrical Engineer – Interior Fit\-Out \& Contracting **Company:** Creative HMC Interior Design L.L.C **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-time **Work Location:** Office and project sites **Salary:** AED 5,000–7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications **Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years of UAE experience **About Us** Creative HMC Interior Design L.L.C is a Dubai\-based interior design, fit\-out, and contracting company specializing in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories. **Position Overview** We are looking for an experienced **DEWA\-approved Electrical Engineer** to manage electrical works for interior fit\-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will handle electrical design coordination, DEWA submissions, site supervision, inspections, testing, commissioning, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise electrical works on project sites. * Prepare and review electrical drawings, load schedules, single\-line diagrams, and calculations. * Handle DEWA submissions, inspections, approvals, and related documentation. * Coordinate electrical works with architectural, interior, mechanical, plumbing, and fire\-alarm systems. * Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and as\-built drawings. * Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings and regulations. * Supervise subcontractors and resolve site\-related electrical issues. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. * Support BOQ preparation, quotations, variations, and material procurement. * Maintain project records, inspection reports, and approval trackers. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Valid DEWA approval or accreditation is required. * Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience. * Experience in interior fit\-out, MEP, or construction projects. * Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and authority approval procedures. * Ability to read and prepare electrical drawings and technical documents. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Must currently be based in the UAE. **Preferred** * Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or laboratories. * Knowledge of Revit MEP, Dialux, or ETAP. * Valid UAE driving licence. * Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
