Electrical Draftsman

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built drawings for construction and MEP projects. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed electrical and MEP drawings using AutoCAD. * Prepare electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, layouts, and as\-built drawings. * Prepare drawings for power distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarm, ELV, cable routing, and other electrical systems. * Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other MEP services. * Revise drawings according to engineer, consultant, and client comments. * Prepare single\-line diagrams, schematics, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings. * Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and requirements. * Maintain proper drawing revisions, records, and documentation. * Support engineers and site teams with technical drawings and modifications. * Meet project deadlines and drawing submission requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Drafting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Draftsman. * Experience in construction/MEP projects is required. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage. * Good understanding of electrical systems, power, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems. * Experience preparing shop drawings and as\-built drawings. * Good knowledge of MEP coordination and technical drawing standards. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
