Electrical Design Coordinator

**1\- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate directly with Stakeholders through the entire design process. * Manage design reviews, technical workshops, value engineering sessions, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings. * Be the interface point between client and remote design team. * Coordinate design changes, technical clarifications, and document revisions throughout the project lifecycle. * Experienced in electrical calculations, equipment sizing, single\-line diagrams, protection philosophies, cable routing and grounding design. * Knowledge of electrical design throughout all project phases, from technical assessment and concept design through detailed design and IFC documentation. * Monitor design schedules, deliverables, and engineering progress. * Coordinate rehabilitation strategies for existing MV/LV electrical infrastructure, including substations, switchgear, transformers, RMUs, cables, protection systems, and associated equipment. * Coordinate for asset condition assessment and site survey information to determine rehabilitation requirements and design constraints. * Review and coordinate interfaces between electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation \& control, telecommunications, and architectural disciplines. * Review technical specifications, equipment datasheets, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and cost estimates. **2\- QUALIFICATION** * At least 10 years of experience in LV/MV Network design for critical infrastructures such as Airports, Power Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants, etc. * Experience in LV and MV Network rehabilitation projects. * Experience in projects in GCC, mainly in UAE and KSA. * Experience in Brownfield Electrical projects. * Experience working within engineering consultancies is mandatory. * Knowledge of IEC and IEEE Standards as well as SEC (Saudi Electrical Company) standards * Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus * Professional grade in Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
