We leverage smart digital tools and targeted content to deliver high\-quality test prep solutions. **Role Summary** We are looking for a tech\-savvy and education\-focused **EdTech Specialist** to bridge the gap between pedagogy and technology. You will manage our digital learning tools, optimize test preparation workflows, and ensure a seamless, reliable digital experience for both instructors and students. **Key Responsibilities** * **Digital Content Setup:** Integrate, organize, and manage quiz banks, mock tests, and learning materials on our digital platforms. * **Platform Management:** Maintain daily operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) and student dashboard, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. * **User Support:** Guide students and instructors on effectively using our digital tools, resolving platform\-related inquiries promptly. * **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automate routine test management tasks, and enhance digital content delivery. * **Data \& Insights:** Track platform engagement, test performance data, and student analytics to recommend improvements to instructional content. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 1–3 years of hands\-on experience in EdTech support, LMS administration, or digital learning management. * **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with test creation software, online assessment platforms, and educational data tracking tools. * **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, student\-focused approach. * **Problem\-Solving:** Strong troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail and process improvement. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٠٬١٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
