Eco-Packaging Line Supervisor

**Job Summary:** News Green Manufacturing is seeking an energetic Eco\-Packaging Line Supervisor to manage daily automated packaging operations, direct shift technicians, enforce sustainable material handling standards, and maintain peak line efficiency and product output quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations of automated eco\-friendly packaging lines, ensuring shift output targets, machine uptime, and quality standards are met. * Direct, schedule, and train line operators and packaging technicians in safe machinery operation, material handling, and rapid line changeovers. * Monitor eco\-packaging material usage, machinery feed rates, and seal integrity to minimize material scrap and product defects. * Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and automated line stoppages promptly to maintain continuous packaging workflow. * Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, ergonomic guidelines, 5S floor organization, and sustainable waste segregation practices. * Maintain complete daily production logs, shift performance metrics, equipment maintenance requests, and material usage reports. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience on high\-volume packaging lines, preferably within eco\-manufacturing, consumer goods, or sustainable packaging sectors. * **Skills:** Proficient in automated packaging machinery operations, basic mechanical troubleshooting, Lean 5S methodologies, and shift scheduling. * **Competencies:** Strong operational leadership, sharp problem\-solving skills under time constraints, high attention to quality detail, and a sustainability\-minded focus. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٨٬٦٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
