E-Commerce & Shopify Specialist

**Key Duties and Responsibilities** * Manage the daily operations of the Shopify and other e\-commerce platforms * Review and process online orders accurately and on time. * Upload and update products, prices, images, descriptions, collections and inventory. * Monitor payments and follow up on failed, pending or incomplete transactions. * Update order statuses, tracking details and customer notifications. * Check product availability and synchronize online stock with stores and the warehouse. * Add and update products, variants, prices, images, descriptions and collections. * Activate or remove out\-of\-stock products and unavailable variants. * Review the website daily for pricing errors, broken links and technical issues. * Update homepage banners, promotional messages and featured collections. * Respond to online customer enquiries regarding products, orders and deliveries. * Coordinate exchanges, returns, refunds and cancelled orders. * Monitor abandoned checkouts and support customer recovery activities. * Review daily sales, website traffic, conversion rates and product performance. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e\-commerce performance reports. * Coordinate with marketing, retail, warehouse, delivery and accounts teams.
