E-commerce Product & Marketplace Manager

We are looking for an experienced **E\-Commerce Product \& Marketplace Manager** to help us build and grow our e\-commerce business in the **UAE, USA and other international markets**. The candidate should have strong experience in **product research, China sourcing, Amazon/Noon and e\-commerce business development**. Key Responsibilities * Find new and profitable products to sell online. * Analyse market demand, competition, selling prices and profit margins. * Research products on Amazon, Noon and other marketplaces. * Source products from **China and other countries**. * Find and negotiate with suppliers on Alibaba, 1688 and other platforms. * Compare supplier prices, MOQ, quality and shipping costs. * Calculate the complete landed cost and expected profit. * Arrange product samples and quality checks. * Identify products suitable for private label/branding. * Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon and other marketplaces. * Monitor sales, pricing, competition and inventory. * Work with advertising/PPC teams to improve sales and profitability. * Identify winning products and develop them further. * Prepare regular reports on sales, costs, profits and new product opportunities. Requirements * 2–5\+ years of practical e\-commerce experience preferred. * Experience with **Amazon FBA** is highly preferred. * Experience with **Amazon UAE/USA and/or Noon**. * Experience in **China product sourcing**. * Good knowledge of Alibaba and preferably 1688\. * Strong product research and analytical skills. * Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. * Ability to calculate product profitability. * Good negotiation skills. * Good English communication. * Self\-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred Tools Experience with **Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab and Amazon PPC** will be an advantage.
