E-commerce Manager (Beauty & Skincare)

**About the Role** Lamise Beauty, the group’s Korean and Asian beauty and skincare brand, is looking for an E\-commerce Manager to grow our online business. You will lead a small team and manage the online store, paid media, social media and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities** Own the online sales plan, budget and performance reports Manage the online store, including product pages, stock, prices and promotions Plan and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat Run email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing to increase repeat purchases Lead social media content and influencer collaborations Work with the shops, Buying and the Warehouse to keep online and in\-store activity aligned Lead and develop a team of 2 to 3 **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E\-commerce or a related field 5 to 7 years in digital marketing or e\-commerce, including at least 2 years in a management role Proven record of growing online sales and managing ad budgets Experience in the UAE or GCC market Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify or similar, and Excel Fluent English Pay: AED12,000\.00 \- AED15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
